With over 80 technicians and 20 engineers from R&D and technical services, our company assures quality assistance for our machinery.<\/p>\n

A structured technical service incorporates effective interactive video diagnostics, in-person diagnostics and maintenance, supplying post-sales services, preventive maintenance, materials supply, emergency interventions, and “on-line” support. This system ensures the same quality and efficiency levels of all 9.Septembar – Tissue Converting production lines worldwide.<\/p>\n

\n\tService Parts
& Software Support<\/b>\n\t<\/h2>\n\tWhen purchasing the machine from 9. September – Tissue Converting, you will be provided with the Service Book<\/strong>. It is a helpful guide that includes the entire machine divided into groups and described in detail. Each controlled peace of the machine is marked and identified by a number, so you can find its information in the Service Book, and easily place an order for spare parts from us.\n

Beside Service Parts, our After Sales Service team is proud of its Software Support<\/strong>. We have a very efficient system of communicating with our clients online, connecting to the machine directly. We are able to update new versions of software and reprogram things without having to be there physically. Remote Service<\/strong> is one of the biggest cost-saving features we are offering.<\/p>\n

Our goal is to provide 24\/7 After Sales Service<\/strong>, and to assure that, we are using only the highest-end components from the world-renowned partners. Most of the service parts we have are available in our facilities, but in case there is a shortage, we make sure that they are shipped within 7-15 working days (depending on how specific the part is).<\/p>\n

We are using the highest-end machinery, like HAAS, DECKEL, and MAHO, in the production of the spare parts, as we do believe that the most important thing for the perfect functioning of the machine (besides engineering) is the quality of the parts we use.<\/p>\n

Why is this important?<\/h4>\nAlthough TRAINING may seem unnecessary to some customers, usually it turns out that this investment is most justified and pays off itself very quickly. Customers invest in their own production through increased training of employees, considering that machine capacity and reliability depend hugely on the qualifications of the operator<\/strong>.
